About Worn to Be Wild

Worn to Be Wild is a nostalgic kidswear label built on colour, character, and second chances for thrifted and vintage fabrics, made for the kind of childhood wardrobes that spark joy. Every piece is handmade in my home studio in Geelong, using rescued textiles from the past to create something playful for the present.

I’m Angie, maker, mum of two, and chaos coordinator behind the sewing machine. This little label was born from a love of slow fashion, loud prints, and tiny people with big personalities. I believe kids clothes should be as bold and expressive as the kids wearing them, and that dressing up should always feel fun!

Each piece you see here is one of a kind, which means no repeats and no mass production. Just limited size runs (0–5 years), thoughtfully made and ready to be loved. I release small drops whenever I can, depending on fabric finds, nap time luck, and the moon’s emotional state.

WTBW is for the parents who are tired of beige and for the kids who refuse to blend in. It’s about colour, comfort, and clothes that feel like childhood.

If you want early access to new drops, a peek behind the scenes, or just to see what wild things I'm sewing up next, come find me on Instagram:
